In order to ensure the cleanliness of the lubrication system and supply clean grease to the bearings of mechanical equipment, the pipeline after pre-installation must be removed and cleaned. There are two kinds of cleaning kerosene cleaning and pickling.
Object and Method of Kerosene Cleaning:
1. Copper pipe, stainless steel pipe
2. Steel tubes that have been pickled before pre-installation and now have no corroded, oxidized iron lining.
3. The hydraulic fitting soiled during preassembly.
4. Remove the pipes and joints that need to be cleaned, wipe the pipes with cloth (or wool yarn) and kerosene, soak both ends and joints in kerosene and clean them, then coat the pipes with oil or fill them with grease, and seal both ends for loading
5. After cleaning, there shall be no visible contaminants (such as iron filings, fibrous impurities, welding slag, etc.), and special attention should be paid to the inner wall of the welding slag must be thoroughly cleaned.
Pickling Object:
1. Steel tubes without pickling prior to pre-installation.
2. Steel pipes that have been pickled but are now heavily rusted.
3. Pickling Construction Sequence and Treatment Purpose:
3.1 Degreasing using degreasing agent, remove the grease adhesion on the piping.
3.2 Water washing Remove dirt from pipes with clean water.
3.3 Rust removal to remove rust, rolled iron, etc., from pipe walls in the acid cleaning solution.
3.4 Water washing and high-pressure water Washing Fixtures generated during the above operations are washed with clean water and the inside of the pipe is washed with high-pressure water.
3.5 Neutralize the remaining acid on the pipe with lye.
3.6 Drying In order to dry effectively, the pipe should be immersed in hot water or steam drying, and the pipe should be dried thoroughly.
3.7 rust protection.
3.8 Check the pickling pipe to check whether it is clean.
3.9 Immediately after pickling, seal the opening of the tube with plastic or plastic tape to prevent foreign matter and water from entering.
4. Notes for Pickling:
4.1 The welding of pipes before pickling has been completed.
4.2When disassembling, transporting, and pickling, pay attention not to hurt the pipeline, thread, and sealing surface. Plug and seal with adhesive tape or plastic pipe.
4.3Before pickling, clean the welding slag, spatter and varnish on the pipe.
4.4The thread parts shall be protected by acid-proof materials such as plastic tape and rubber tape, or the thread parts shall be coated with dry oil after degreasing and washing, and then removed rust in acid to prevent acid erosion.
4.5When pickling, be careful not to make the matching mark of the pipe disappear or blurred.
5. After Cleaning Pipes, Install Pipes and Fill Them with Grease As Soon As Possible:
5.1Connect all pipes section by section according to the printed matching mark.
5.2Tighten all fittings and insert the removed O-ring.
5.3All piping should be fixed firmly and not loose.
5.4All feed pipes can be left to be filled with grease before connecting with the distributor oil outlet and lubrication point.
