Basic Classification

Structural Installation
According to the mechanism form and installation position of the pump device can be divided into:
1) Upper vertical: pump device is installed on the tank cap, mainly used for quantitative pump system.
2) Horizontal pump type: the pump device is installed horizontally on the fuel tank cap, mainly used for the variable pump system, so order to facilitate flow regulation.
3) Side type: the pump device is installed horizontally on the separate basis beside the fuel tank. The side type can be equipped with standby pump, mainly used for the system with large fuel tank capacity of 250 liters and motor power of more than 7.5 kw.
Cooling-down Method
1) Natural cooling: by the fuel tank itself and the air heat exchange cooling, generally used for the fuel tank capacity is less than 250 liters of the system.
2) Forced cooling: the cooler is adopted for forced cooling, which is generally used in the system with a fuel tank capacity greater than 250 liters. The hydraulic station takes the effective oil storage measure and motor power as the main technical parameters. Fuel tank form
1) Ordinary steel plate: the box is welded with 5MM-6MM steel plate, and the panel is of 10-12MM steel plate. If the opening is too much, it can be appropriately thickened or reinforced.
2) Stainless steel plate: the box of 304 stainless steel plate, thickness 2-3MM, panel 304 stainless steel plate thickness 3-5MM, the bearing part increased reinforcement.
3) It is difficult to achieve the internal antirust treatment of the ordinary steel plate oil tank, and the rust entering the oil circulation system will cause many faults. The oil tank with all-stainless steel design solves this problem in the industry.
Structural Style
1. Pistons
Single piston rod hydraulic cylinder only has a piston rod at one end. As shown in Figure 3, it is a single-piston hydraulic cylinder. The two ends of the inlet and export oil ports A and B can pass through the pressure oil or return oil, in order to achieve two-way movement, so it is called a dual-action cylinder.
2. Pistle type
① plunger hydraulic cylinder is a kind of single-action hydraulic cylinder, by the hydraulic pressure can only achieve one direction of movement, the plunger return journey to rely on other external force or the weight of the plunger;
The ② plunger only depends on the cylinder liner support and does not contact with the cylinder liner, so that the cylinder liner is easy to process, so it is suitable for doing a long-stroke hydraulic cylinder;

The ④ plunger weight is often larger, when the horizontal placement is easy to droop due to the dead weight, causing the seal and guide unilateral wear, so its vertical use is more favorable.
3. Expansion type
Retractable hydraulic cylinder has two or multiple stage piston, the telescopic hydraulic cylinder piston extends out from large to small in order, and the order of empty load retraction is generally from small to large. The telescopic cylinder can achieve a longer trip, while the retracted length is shorter, and the structure is more compact. Such hydraulic cylinders are commonly used in construction machinery and agricultural machinery.
4. Swing type
Swing hydraulic cylinder is an actuator that output torque and reciprocating motion, also known as swing hydraulic motor. There are two single-leaf and double-leaf forms. The stator block is fixed to the cylinder block, while the blade and the rotor are joined together. Depending to the oil direction, the blade will swing the rotor.
Two Stage Braking
The TY1S (B792S), B157, TE130 are used for the 2JK, 2JK / A, 2JK / E type single rope double cylinder series hoists.

Oil tank —— is a semi-closed container for steel plate welding, and it is also equipped with oil filter net, air filter, etc., and it is used to store oil, oil cooling and filtration.

The ⑷ pressure relief valve —— can adjust the pressure relief valve to meet the requirements of different working mechanisms that need different working pressure requirements, so that the secondary oil circuit pressure is lower than the primary oil circuit pressure.
The ⑸ governor —— adjusts the oil circuit to change the operating speed of the driver hydraulic cylinder.
The ⑹ hydraulic oil filter —— has two oil filters in the hydraulic station. One is installed at the suction port of the gear pump to avoid inhaling impurities such as particles from the hydraulic oil in the tank. The other is installed in the hydraulic oil conveying pipeline of the system to remove the impurities in the hydraulic oil, and also to remove the gum, bituminous tic, carbonized particles caused by the chemical changes of the hydraulic oil itself. So as to prevent the valve stem stuck, damper hole blockage and other failures. The pipeline system is equipped with differential pressure alarm device. When the filter element is blocked, the electric signal is issued, and the filter element should be cleaned or replaced.
The ⑺ pressure gauge —— is used to display the working pressure of the hydraulic station to help the operator control the oil pressure.
⑻ air filter —— is installed on the tank, has three functions, one is to prevent the air pollutants from entering the tank; the other is to avoid the oil pump suction phenomenon; the third is to do the hydraulic oil supplement mouth.
The ⑼ level gauge —— is mounted on the side of the tank showing the level of the hydraulic oil.
⑽ thermometer —— Some tanks are equipped with a thermometer showing the temperature of the hydraulic oil.

1. If pipeline oil leakage and other abnormal phenomena are found during work, stop down immediately for maintenance.
2. In order to extend the service life of the hydraulic oil, the oil temperature should be less than 65℃; check the quality of the hydraulic oil every three months, and replace the hydraulic oil quality once for half a year.
3. Observe the oil level of the tank in time, and supplement the hydraulic oil that meets the requirements in time to avoid the oil pump.
4. Clean or replace the oil filter regularly.
