2. Jic37 ° taper angle internal thread joint
Note: 37 ° cone angle (JIC) society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) stipulates that 37 ° cone angle or cone seat can be used for the high-pressure hydraulic pipeline. This type of pipe joint is usually called JIC pipe joint. JIC external thread is a straight thread, which can only be matched with JIC internal thread. JIC external thread is a straight thread with a 37 ° conical seating surface, and JIC internal thread is also a straight thread with a 37 ° conical seating surface. The seal is formed at the 37 ° cone seat surface. The threads of some sizes are the same as sae45 ° cone angle threads. The cone angle should be carefully measured to distinguish.
3.Sae45 ° taper angle external thread joint
Note: SAE (45 ° cone angle) is a term used for pipe joints with a 45 ° cone angle or cone seat. This joint is usually used for soft copper pipes because the material is easy to machine into a 45 ° angle. This coupling is suitable for low pressure applications - such as fuel lines and refrigeration lines. Sae45 ° taper angle external thread can only be matched with sae45 ° taper angle internal thread. SAE external thread is straight and has a 45 ° conical seating surface. The SAE internal thread is also a straight thread and has a 45 ° conical seating surface. The seal is formed at the 45 ° conical seating surface. Threads of some sizes are the same as sea37 ° taper threads. The cone angle shall be carefully measured for zone alignment.
4. O-ring face seal external thread joint
Note: the external thread of the O-ring end seal can only match with the internal thread of the O-ring end seal. The external thread is a straight thread with O-ring; The internal thread is a straight thread with a sealing end face, the external thread is sealed at the O-ring, and the internal thread is sealed at the sealing end face.
5.O-ring flange-SAEJ518
Note: SAEJ518 sae61 and 62 four-bolt split flanges are generally widely used to connect pumps and motors all over the world.
There are three exceptions;

6. O-ring plane seal fixed external thread joint

7. Jacketed pipe joint
Note: the compression sleeve fixed external thread joint can only be matched with the compression sleeve internal thread nut and compression sleeve. The external thread joint is the straight thread with a 24 ° cone seat. The internal thread head is a straight thread with a pressure sleeve as a sealing surface. The seal is formed between the pressure sleeve and the 24 ° cone seat of the external thread joint, and between the pressure sleeve and the inner pipe of the internal thread joint.
